Pfeiffer University is pleased to announce the line-up for the 2019-2020 Events Plus season. Over the past decade, it has been a pleasure and privilege to host this series of informative, thought-provoking and entertaining presenters for series members and guests. Please join us and our presenting sponsor Atrium Health as we continue a tradition of featuring renowned speakers, authors and musicians.

All Events Plus Sunday evening presentations take place at Pfeiffer University/Misenheimer campus, 48380 U.S. Highway 52N; Stokes Student Center-Community Room at 6 p.m. Membership includes program, parking, three-course dinner and wine service.

Heidi Honecker Grant '87

Find out what actions the Department of Defense is taking to mitigate national security risks.  Pfeiffer alumna Heidi Honecker Grant '87 is a member of the U.S. Senior Executive Service, and her passion for national security was ignited when she survived the attack on the Pentagon, on September 11, 2001.

Pfeiffer University faculty, staff, and student present musical theater favorites from Broadway.  This program, will give you a front row seat to scenes from Broadway's best-loved musical productions, including Hamilton, Phantom of the Opera, Mama Mia, Sound of Music, Wicked, and many more.

Courtney Brown and Razan Abd El Haque

Razan is the regional director and co-founder of Proximity International, a woman-owned, woman-run applied research firm, specializing in monitoring, evaluation, targeted research and capacity building in war zones and insecure contexts.  Courtney is CEO for a humanitarian tech company called RedRose which specializes in delivering cash payments in insecure areas to support humanitarian operations.
